All shipping costs of returned items will be borne by us.
Reasons such as "I changed my mind", "the designs are not suitable for me", "the colours are different from the website", or placing a "test order" etc, will not be considered valid grounds for a refund and exchange.
Only purchases made via our website are eligible for a return or exchange at our headquarters.
Any orders purchased from our Authorized Reseller are not under RatuAIN's responsibility.
