- Reasons such as "I changed my mind", "the designs are not suitable for me", "the colours are different from the website", or placing a "test order" etc, will not be considered valid grounds for a refund and exchange.
- Only purchases made via our website are eligible for a return or exchange at our headquarters.
- Any orders purchased from our Authorized Reseller are not under RatuAIN's responsibility.
- We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the items do not meet the return policy requirements above.
