- Any report or claim exceeding the return time frame will be considered invalid.

- Reasons such as "I changed my mind", "the designs are not suitable for me", "the colours are different from the website", or placing a "test order" etc, will not be considered valid grounds for a refund and exchange.
- Only purchases made via our website are eligible for a return or exchange at our headquarters.
